 Briefly describe your organisation
CPC Austria was founded in 1996. The fields of operation of CPC Austria are the international dissemination of the Cleaner Production concept ECOPROFIT, different activities in the fields of environmental protection (the design of local waste management concepts, environmental management systems, energy-efficiency concepts, eco-consulting) but also support in project conception and project management, (inter-) national networking and event organization.

When working with our clients and partners we are focusing on several main points representing the integrated approach:
-> Co-operation & Partnership
In the frame of our activities and services it is our intention to work on a co-operative basis)
-> Know-how transfer
To gain positive results in various fields training and coaching is an important part of our work. To transfer know-how means capacity building and is a substantial contribution towards a wide range solution of problems.
-> Practical implementation
The focus of our work is always on practical implementation of measures. Only the realisation of improvements in the field of eco-efficiency leads to measurable positive effects and creates confidence among the partners.
-> Sustainability
As being concerned with sustainability we are always considering the three aspects – ecological, economic and social. By doing this and creating Public-Private-Partnerships (PPP) mostly we are fulfilling the requirements of a sustainable development in a perfect way.

The CPC Austria has specific expertise and experiences in the following areas (project carried out in Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkan countries, far east):
-> Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
