 Briefly describe your organisation
INNOC - The Austrian Society for Innovative Computer Sciences is a melting pot for people from the most varied professions who have the common aim of promoting the creative use of new technology.

A spirit of research and the pursuit of unconventional solutions characterise the work of INNOC, which is the first point of contact for applied research and development in the field of innovative computer sciences, in particular artificial intelligence and robotics. The organisation is a world leader in robotic sailing and has already won international prizes with the ASV Robot autonomous sailing boat.

INNOC was founded in 2005 and is officially accredited as institution of research and education. At the end of 2009, the organisation has 72 members with a strong upward trend. In addition, international collaborative arrangements are in place with numerous universities, technical colleges and technology companies.
