Briefly describe your organisation
The department has been established in 1995 and is known for its tuned developments across disciplines, in particular in individual and organizational learning. A multidisciplinary team forms the core in research and teaching. Living the paradigm of self-organization leads to taking active responsibilities in education, learning, and project cooperations. We understand systems as socio-technical constructs when working on the development of interactive distributed systems, and techniques for knowledge elicitation and representation. Evaluation is grounded on human and technical criteria in a coherent way.

Towards the Maturation of Usability Evaluation EU-COST Programme - MAUSE Cost Action 294, 2004-2009. For the first time industrially relevant usability engineering methods have been documented in a coherent form.
