The Institute of Computer Technology (ICT) is part of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at TU Wien. The main areas of teaching and research are digital logic and microcomputers, computer architecture, data communication and networks, automation networks (fieldbus systems) and their integration, cognitive automation, home and building automation, safety, embedded systems, systems-on-chip, human-machine interaction, software engineering, requirements engineering and systems engineering.
